"I’m not one of those people who needed a transformation; I’m one of those people who needed a nudge. But what I got was a transformation!

The program is so logical and simple with the eating plan and daily exercise all spelled out for this single mother of two. Notice that I didn’t say it was easy. But what made the plan easy - or really, a priority - was Coach Megan and the group with daily motivation and accountability. As a fairly fit and healthy middle aged woman I was astounded that I lost about 14 lbs and 11 inches. Never did I think I had that to lose, but I did and I did. This past summer became the summer of the bikini for many of us in Coach Megan’s Fit Camp. Can you imagine?? And my teenaged daughter was not even embarrassed by me! I’ve never felt so healthy, felt so upbeat or slept so well. Every facet of my life improved.

Our group cheered for each other, celebrated for each other, prayed for each other, and rallied for each other - with Coach Megan leading the way. Even though more than half our Fit Camp has never met, when we do there will be a lot of hugging and laughing. Women need each other and Coach Megan and Beachbody offer the very best of that, and it lifted me up in every way. And I don’t know how she does it but Coach Megan will be up before you everyday, and will have already answered your question before you ask it. Plus, she’ll make you laugh. What could you possible be waiting for??"

"I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Megan's boot camp.  In the first 90 days I was able to drop 19 pounds.  While that is an achievement in itself, the side benefits were even better.  By following the 21 Day Fix program I was finally able to stop using heartburn medicine that I found I needed daily over the last year.  I dropped a dress size.  I slept better.   My energy level and mood improved dramatically.  How was I able to achieve so much?  The support provided by Megan and my fellow fit campers made my results possible.  Megan provided the motivation I needed without being judgy or sappy.  Megan and our fit group also provided the accountability and cheer-leading that kept me going even when I didn't think I had the strength or fortitude to continue.   I still use many of the recipes Megan gave us improving my diet long after my boot camp ended.  The experience was resoundingly positive.  If you are considering making a change in your life, I don't think you can go wrong being a member of one of Megan's fit camps."

"This journey with food & fitness guided by Megan has been amazing. I started with the 21 Day Fix & am still moving along with her help in a graduate group. The support from Megan along with the support from an amazing group of women has kept me on track. I have lost about 6 lbs, which doesn't sound like much, but I am wearing clothes that have been in that section of my closet that has been out of reach for a long time. The fact that I'm almost 4 months into what I hope is a new way of life and I'm not desperate to abandon ship is a first for me. Daily motivation & support from Megan along with the other members is the accountability I need & want on a daily basis. I'm loving this program! Thanks, Megan, for doing what you're doing.
